# Launch: From Final Approval to Live Site

> The launch phase covers final review, domain and hosting setup, go-live, and a clean handoff so you own and can manage the site from day one.

Launch is the final phase of the four-week engagement. It covers everything from your sign-off on the finished site through go-live and handoff. By the time this phase begins, the site is complete — launch is about getting it live correctly and making sure you know how to manage it going forward.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Final review">
    You review the completed site against the brief from discovery. This is a focused check, not a reopening of design decisions. Any final copy corrections or factual adjustments are addressed here.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Domain & hosting setup">
    Your domain is connected and hosting is configured in Framer. If you're migrating from an existing site, the transition is handled to minimize downtime.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Go-live">
    The site is published. A final check confirms that all pages are loading correctly, links are working, and the site is indexable by search engines.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Handoff">
    You receive documentation covering how to make common updates in Framer — editing text, swapping images, and managing simple layout changes. From this point forward, the site is yours to operate.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Check>After launch, you own the site. Updates to copy and images can be made directly in Framer without developer help.</Check>
